This is the DealerNavi product website, operated by Verbeck Labs LLC. It does not use advertising cookies or account logins. Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect page-view and performance information on this site.
What we collect
- Contact form details: your name, email, dealership or business, and any message you choose to include. We use them to respond to your enquiry.
- Email you send to us, and whatever you put in that message.
- Payment details if you buy from us. Card and bank data is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and the fact of payment — not full card numbers.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not run ads on this site. Client business data used to train or run a model stays in the engagement it belongs to. It is not used to train a public model and is not shown on this website.
Who else sees it
Email is Google Workspace. Payments are Stripe. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also processes contact form submissions and sends them to our email. Those companies process data to provide those services.
How long
Enquiries, email, and invoices are kept as long as we need them to run the company and meet tax and legal duties. You can ask what we have on you, and ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.
